If you have an issue with any of our policies please contact us as we are happy to work with you if we can, but this is done on a case by case basis of course.
Returns:
1. All returns must have a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number or they will be refused and returned to you.
3. To obtain a RMA number, e-mail us via the contact form and tell us why you want to return the items and the current condition of the product.
4. All returns must be in new packaging and uninstalled and come with all documents and installation instructions.
5. Products must be returned in new condition. Make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage in shipping. All returns will be paid for by the shipper if not in error of AOM and no COD (cash on delivery) returns will be accepted. If an error of AOM occurs or a products needs to be returned for warranty issues the customer will pay shipping back to us and be refunded for shipping once the product is at our location. If you have a special situation with return shipping let us know and we will work with you.
6. All returns must be delivered to us 15 days after the RMA was issued and all returns must be requested within 30 days after the shipment was delivered to you.
7. All returns not in error of AOM will be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee as this is what the distributors or manufacturers will subject us to. There is a minimum 15 dollar restocking fee as we have free shipping and often a 20 percent restocking fee on a ten dollar item wont even cover our shipping costs.
8. Your original receipt must be included inside the returned package and the RMA number must be listed on the outside of the box that is returned. Directions and further details will be given to you when the RMA number is requested.
9. If a product is in error of all-out-motorsports.com we will not have any restocking fees and will cover shipment back to us (We are human and at times make mistakes). Before more products are shipped out though we must recieve the item back. We will cover all expenses on any mistakes made by all-out-motorsports.com, but if you want to send a product back faster than ground or priority mail you must contact us first for us to cover overnight or 3 day shipping charges. If you need the item faster and cannot wait for the product in error to get back to us then contact us and we will work you to meet your needs.
11. All defective merchandise or problems with merchandise are warrantied by the manufacturer and not AOM. We will work with you if you need assistance or help contacting the manufacturer or want us to contact them for you, but the warranties are covered by the manufacturer and not AOM. We do inspect all products before shipping and defective merchandise is very uncommon and we will assist you where we can should something be defective.
Refunds/Cancelled order:
1. A refund may be requested on any item prior to its shipping for full in store credit or a refund to your payment method. A full refund 100 percent will be issued if the item is backordered, but if we had to order it in and its already en route to us then a restocking fee will apply. If you have been billed on a backordered item past 90 days you can only recieve in store credit. We stock nearly everything we sell, but sometimes we do have to order some parts in and backorders are often beyond our control.
2. If a partial refund is given we will take the total amount the customer paid minus what was already shipped or recieved and that amount will be refunded immediately.
3. All refunds are done immediately, but do realize most banks take 2-3 days to process the refund.
4. If we ship an item to you and you do not claim it at the post office or sign for it and want it resent the customer must pay shipping the second time.
5. If you wish to cancel after the products have already shipped to you then the 20 percent restocking fee will be applied or a minimum of 15 dollars, whichever is greater.
